Unregistered SOFTWARE LICENSE

AlbumPlayer is a shareware program and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. The purpose of shareware software is to provide personal computer users with quality software on a "try before you buy" basis, however payment is still required to use the product without limitations.

If you find this program useful and want the limitation removed, you must make a registration payment. This registration fee will license one user to use one copy of AlbumPlayer on any one computer at any one time. All users will receive a copy of the latest release when they register, or it will be made available for downloading, and free technical support. There are different fees for personal use and commercial use (use of AlbumPlayer in public locations like bars, restaurants, music shops etc.)

You may distribute this software to friends and colleagues but you must keep the original distribution unchanged. Please encourage them to register their copy if they find that they make use of it.

The software (registered or unregistered) may not be distributed on a media (such as a CD-Rom or a diskette) for which money is charged OR on a media distributed with for example a magazine for which money is charged without the author's WRITTEN permission.

It is NOT allowed to use registration information which you haven't received from Albumon.

Registered SOFTWARE LICENSE

1. GRANT OF PERSONAL LICENSE

Personal license is intended to use the AlbumPlayer personally and therefore not use it in a public place like bars, restaurants , music shops etc.

This License Agreement (License) permits you to use one copy of the software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form (SOFTWARE). The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product, to an individual user. This Agreement requires that each user of the SOFTWARE be Licensed individually. The SOFTWARE is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk) of that computer.

2. GRANT OF COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Commercial license is intended to use the AlbumPlayer in a public place like bars, restaurants , music shops etc.

This License Agreement (License) permits you to use one copy of the software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form (SOFTWARE). The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product, to use on one computer. This Agreement requires that the use of the SOFTWARE is Licensed seperately. The SOFTWARE is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk) of that computer.
